We love sleep. Who doesn’t?
Right now, we don’t live together and we have very different routines. This has led to many times where Mark is tired and Amanda is energetic or vice versa. It’s a tiny problem, but one that will be at least partially solved later this year when we move in together.
Sleep is important, but we also want it to be high quality sleep. Over the past few years, we have both taken steps to improve our sleeping environments. We’ve done things like try different pillows, upgrade mattresses, and much more. We’ve had some success and hope that sharing our experience will help you too!
